Corey A. Bundza is a graduate
of Florida State University and the University of Florida Levin
College of Law. During law school, he was a clerk for the Honorable
Larry G. Turner. After graduation, Mr. Bundza defended some of the
nation’s largest insurance companies in personal injury lawsuits
filed throughout the state of Florida. Since forming Bundza, Wagner
& Rodriguez in 2007, Mr. Bundza has devoted his entire practice
to representing clients who have been injured through the fault
of others. Mr. Bundza resides in Port Orange, Florida with his wife
and daughter.

Joshua J. Wagner is committed

Joshua Wagner is a 5th generation
Volusia County resident. He is a graduate of Spruce Creek High School.
Mr. Wagner received a Bachelors of Science Degree from the University
of Florida and his Juris Doctorate from the Levin College of Law
at the University of Florida.
After graduating from law school,
Mr. Wagner was employed at the Office of State Attorney John Tanner
where he served as a Misdemeanor, Felony and Special Crimes Unit
(Sex Crimes) Trial Attorney. The experiences while working for the
State of Florida helped shape Mr. Wagner’s skills as a trial
attorney.

Michael Rodriguez earned
his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Florida State
University. After attending Florida State, Michael received a law
degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California.
During law school Mr. Rodriguez served as a clerk for one of the
larger personal injury firms in the city of San Diego. Upon returning
home to the Daytona Beach area, Michael Rodriguez was hired by State
Attorney John Tanner and became an Assistant State Attorney. While
working for the State he served as a lead Misdemeanor Trial Attorney,
participated in numerous jury or non-jury trials, and argued countless
pretrial motions. Michael currently resides in his hometown of Ormond
Beach with his wife and family.
