Criminal Defense
Located in Daytona Beach, Florida, we seek to provide aggressive, diligent and effective legal representation in criminal defense matters to our clients.
Our Criminal Defense Department is composed of one former Volusia County prosecutor. Michael Rodriguez served as a Lead Trial Attorney on a misdemeanor court docket. He uses his trial experience and knowledge attained while working as local prosecutor to advocate and fight for our current clients’ rights.
Our attorneys practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Our goal is to promote justice and the public good by assisting those accused or arrested and charged with criminal acts.
